SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders of $150 or more.
(Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.) 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). 
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 
- Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. 

SHIPPING METHOD
- Standard shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. 
- If you would like to use your own FedEx account, please include your account number in the order notes at checkout. 
- Orders shipped using a customer’s FedEx account will not incur additional shipping charges from DOTTIE DOTTIÉ. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping costs are calculated after orders are packed and weighed. 
- DOTTIE DOTTIÉ does not add markups to shipping rates. 
- Customers are charged based on carrier shipping rates at the time of shipment. 
- DOTTIE DOTTIÉ is not responsible for carrier rate differences or delivery delays once orders have shipped. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
You may also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing Order History 
- Checking your Order Status using your order number 
- Visiting the carrier’s official website with your tracking number

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & PROCESSING
- Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt. 
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL
- Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. 
- All return or exchange claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you receive defective merchandise, please email photos of the defect(s) to saleshope@hopeerabrands.com for review. 
- Once approved, a return label and return form will be provided via email. 
- The completed return form must be included inside the return package. 
- Approved defective items must be returned within 2 weeks of return label issuance. 

RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Non-defective returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. 
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
- Store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the return is received and approved unless otherwise notified. 

STORE CREDIT
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only. 
- Store credit applies to merchandise costs only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DOTTIE DOTTIÉ. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
DOTTIE DOTTIÉ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements, including:
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items 
- Items with stains, odors, or signs of use 
- Items with changed or removed tags 
- Sale or clearance merchandise 

RESTOCKING FEE
- A minimum 10% restocking fee may apply to returns received in opened or non-original condition. 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Claims for lost or damaged packages are issued as store credit only. 
- Store credit applies to merchandise costs only. 
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by DOTTIE DOTTIÉ.
